Joel & Nancy Aronie (30-34) -- The Board reviewed the new proposed floor plan and confirmed a bedroom count of three (3). The Board approved a disposal works application connecting the new addition to the existing septic system with the following conditions; 1) a waterproof barrier must be installed up to 10 feet of the existing septic tank, 2) the septic tank must be pumped prior to excavation. The construction permit will be held until the deed restriction (stating that the studio will not be used as bedroom space) is filed and received.
Joel Pave (26-107) – The Board signed a letter of conditions for disposal works permit #7-21 for a MicroFAST system.
The Board approved two out-of-season test holes, one for Jim Athern (20-101), and assessors’
parcel (13-29).
placeCityNancy Rosenthal (8-14.1) – The Board confirmed the septic system has a four (4) bedroom capacity and the proposed floor plan is four (4) bedrooms.
The following Sewage Disposal Reports were received:
White & Josa Jones (27.1-206) needs further evaluation
Daniel Goldberg (11-14 & 15) – passes
Roland & Gertrude Shea (8-46) – This Sewage Disposal Inspection failed. A letter will be sent to the owner giving them a 180 day deadline to upgrade.
Newman/Rosenthal (8-19) – The certified letter was not claimed and was returned. Sylvia has contacted the Chilmark Police to find out how to proceed with delivery through civil process. This will be done through the Sheriff’s department for placePlaceNameSuffolk PlaceTypeCounty.
