Minutes from June 20, 2007 and July 18, 2007 were approved.
Robert & Francis Labaree (21-36 & 37) This disposal works hearing has been continued to August 1, 2007
at 5:15 PM.
Rosalie Hornblower (35-1.6) The Board approved this tent permit application.
Ernest & Leslie Weiss (13-9.10) The Board reviewed a discrepancy in the paperwork of this septic permit. The permit is for a four (4) bedroom septic system and the design is for three (3). After speaking to the design engineer it has been determined that a three (3) bedroom septic system has been installed at this parcel. Sylvia will write a letter to the owners explaining the situation.
The following septic inspection reports were received:
Drexler (27.1-122) passes Robert & Phyllis Conway (32-81) passes
Drexler (27.1-122) Sylvia will research the repair that was done at this parcel.
Home Port, Inc. (27.1-85) The Board signed a letter to Mr. Holtham.
Rosemallow Farm / Allan Holt (24-33.2) The Board noted that Mr. Holt is planning to build a garage with a bedroom above. He must bring a floor plan to the Board of Health prior to approval. Sylvia will speak to Chuck regarding this.
