Attendees: Mike Renahan, Katie Carroll, Jan Buhrman, Sylvia Yeomans
This special meeting was opened at 5:00 PM on May 30, 2007. At 5:00 the Board voted to go into executive session. Katie made a motion to go into executive session and Jan second the motion. Three voted yes by roll call vote.
The Board then proceeded to discuss health issues of a Chilmark resident. The executive session was closed. During the regular session the Board discussed the need to rotate the chairmanship. Jan nominated Katie as Chairperson, Mike second the motion and Katie accepted. The vote was unanimous.
Katie said she would find out if the Board of Health could have an alternate member.
The meeting adjourned at 5:05 PM.
