The Board approved minutes of November 30, 2005
Roland & Gertrude Shea (8-43) B This disposal works hearing opened at 6:07 PM. This septic design is for a proposed two (2) bedroom dwelling that requires the following variances; 1) A reduction in separation between leaching area and well from 150 feet to 130 feet, 2) A reduction in separation between leaching area and property line from 30 feet to 20 feet, 3) A reduction in separation between leaching area and wetlands from 150 feet to 115 feet. The Board reviewed the abutter letter and acknowledged all
public letters and comments regarding this septic design. Matt Poole suggested that the Board visit the site prior to making a determination. The Board has requested the following additional information; 1) A proposed deed restriction is to be imposed restricting the maximum bedroom count of two; 2) The engineer is to show the reserve area on the site drawing, 3) A five foot excavate and fill around the mounded leaching area must be sited on the plan. The Board will research the groundwater elevations recorded at the abutting lot map 8, lot 42.1. This hearing will be continued on
January 18, 2006 at 6:10 PM.
Scott Frank (17-8.1) B The Board approved this disposal works application.
Bill Murray (35-1.2) B The Board determined that the total bedroom count for this dwelling is seven (7).
The Board voted to open percolation season effective December 15, 2005.
Kent Healy B The Board approved this Septic Installers Permit
The Board approved the following Massage permits:

There was a brief discussion regarding the Budget Draft for FY 2007
There was a brief discussion regarding the Emergency Preparedness Activities and how to budget additional time required to fulfill the state mandated tasks. This discussion will continue at the next scheduled meeting.
