Girl Scout Council of S.E. Mass. (18-20) B The Board of Health approved this disposal works application with the following condition; The maximum limit of use for this septic system is 32 persons total to occupy the property at one time. The Board asked Sylvia to send a memo to the ZBA informing them of this decision and explaining that the Board of Health is depending on the ZBA to make any necessary restrictions to the property so the usage does not exceed 32 persons per day.
Stanley Charren (33-98, 99 &101) B The Board reviewed a sewage inspection report for this parcel. The main house pump chamber should be replaced and made easily accessible for future inspection and servicing. The guest house cesspool is located less than 50 feet from bordering vegetated wetlands and is estimated to reside below the seasonal high groundwater table. The Chilmark Board of Health has ordered both systems be modified, upgraded and repaired no later than March 30, 2006.

Deca, Inc. B The Board approved this Disposal Works Installer=s Permit.
Pepperbush Farm Trust (13-6.1) B The Board reviewed a new site drawing for this parcel. Because the applicant is making revisions to the existing plan, the owner has requested a continuance to October 19, 2005. Since the applicant is making a request for continuance, the 45 day deadline does not apply. The Board requested that Sylvia confirm that the Planning Board received a copy of the letter that was sent to Craig Wiggins, dated May 20, 2005.
Landfill Capping Project B Mike Renahan reported that Lawrence Lynch has been paid in full, and they will write a letter to the Town confirming that they still owe a grass mowing.
