Attendees: Mike Renahan, Matt Poole, Sylvia Yeomans, Peter Wells, Craig Saunders
Board approved minutes of the June 29, 2005 meeting.
The Board reviewed copies of the Notice of Landfill Operation & County Affidavits. Mike asked Sylvia to leave them on her desk so he can arrange to have them signed with a Notary Public.
Elias Reichel (11-9) B The Board noted this emergency well permit application that was previously approved on 7/27/05.
Estate of Anthony Fisher (11-2, lot 1) B The Board approved this well permit application.
Estate of Anthony Fisher (11-2, lot 4) B The Board approved this well permit application.
Del Rene Goldsmith (7-31.2)B Craig Saunders asked if he could do a monitoring well at this parcel. The Board informed him that an approved well permit application was necessary.
Thomas Walsh (25-11) B The Board reviewed a letter from John Clarke of Island Water Source. John has informed the Board that he was scheduled to drill this well by
August 3, 2005. He also explained that Mr. Walsh was not responsible for the delay.
John Hasting (30-67) B The Board approved this well permit application with the following condition, the existing shared well is to be properly abandoned.
Norman Willard (30-66) B The Board approved this well permit application.
The Board has instructed Sylvia to write a letter to John Clarke reminding him that he is not to install any wells prior to receiving the approved well permit application.
Stephen Mormoris (11-56) B The Board reviewed the sketch site drawing that Chris Alley submitted but will not approve this disposal works application until they view the formal site drawing that sites two potential septic systems and their soil test holes.
Chilmark Road Race B The Board noted the sanitation management plan submitted by Hugh Weisman.

Menemsha Galley, Inc. B The Board reviewed an analysis report submitted by Microbac for the soft serve ice cream at the Galley. The coliform results are >450. The state limit is 50 units. The Galley was notified to stop serving the soft serve ice cream until a clean test result is received.
The Board noted receipt of the following as-built drawings:
Mark Villa (27-4.1) David Carlson (25-3)
Various invoices were submitted for approval.
