Staff: Jennifer Christy, Administrative Assistant, Chuck Hodgkinson
The meeting was called to order at 8:03 AM by Chair Lewenberg.
Test of DRAFT of Municipal Position Evaluation Manual (MPEM):
- A test was done of the Custodian job description. The test confirmed the grade of 7.
- A test was done of the Administrative Assistant job description. The test showed a grade of 4.
- A test was done of the Deputy Ambulance Chief & Ambulance Chief job descriptions. The test confirmed the grades of 10 & 11, respectively.
- Discussion occurred about possible ramifications of any changes to the MPEM and what should be done next.
- Chair Lewenberg stated a test of positions should be the first item on all future agendas until an entire test of all positions is complete.

- HRBC Meeting, Thursday, June 6, 2013, 8 AM
- Mr. Malkin asked the minutes to note that agenda items not related to the review of the MPEM would be scheduled for after 8:30AM on meeting days.
