Members Present: Marshall Carroll, Richard Williams, Bill Randol and Frank Yeomans.

Chairman Marshall Carroll called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM.
Reserve Fund Transfers
Mr. Randol moved and Mr. Williams seconded a motion to approve a Reserve Fund Transfer in the amount of $4,700 into Veteran’s Benefits. SO VOTED: 4 Ayes
Mr. Randol moved and Mr. Williams seconded a motion to approve a Reserve Fund Transfer in the amount of $5,815 into the Building Department for Gas, Plumbing and Electrical Inspectors. SO VOTED: 4 Ayes
Mr. Randol moved and Mr. Williams seconded a motion to approve a Reserve Fund Transfer in the amount of $20,634 into the Legal budget. SO VOTED: 4 Ayes
Mr. Williams moved and Mr. Randol seconded a motion to approve a Reserve Fund Transfer in the amount of $1,945 into Shellfish Constable Salaray. SO VOTED: 4 Ayes
BOS Maintenance/Unclassified
There was discussion of up to $15,000 being paid by the Selectmen’s Maintenance account for other overages in the FY2007 budget.
