FINAL
Present for the Conservation Commission and attending the meeting were: Richard Steves, Chair, Pam Goff, David Flanders, Bruce Bartels, Ray Kellman, Russell Walton Conservation Officer and Chuck Hodgkinson. Also attending: Russell Smith. Absent: Michael Halbreich and Pam White.
Mr. Steves opened the meeting at 1:30 PM with the following agenda:
- Vote and sign Flanders Order of Conditions.
- Kingsbury Site Visit and continued hearing.
ALLEN FLANDERS ORDER OF CONDITIONS: Mr. Steves opened the public meeting and mentioned the DEP case file number has been received for the Flanders NOI SE 12 - 493 and called for a vote. Ms. Goff made a motion to approve the NOI as presented on the plan dated October 8, 2004. Mr. Bartels seconded and the vote was unanimous in favor. The Order of Conditions was signed and notarized.
The Commission adjourned to a site visit at 139 Tea Lane – Trina Kingsbury NOI SE 12 – 491.
RUSSELL SMITH FOR TRINA KINGSBURY NOI: Upon return from the site visit to 139 Tea Lane Mr. Steves opened the continued public hearing for SE 12 – 491 at 2:25 PM. After discussion Russell Smith requested a continuation of the hearing to Wednesday, August 17 @ 2:45 PM. He agreed to revise and re file Trina Kingsbury’s NOI to reflect the following changes on the map and site plan: include the 12’ X 15’ addition to the storage shed; re locate the proposed new 2 or 3 bedroom structure such that it is either attached to the existing studio or a substantial portion is out of the buffer zone and include the plan to remove the cattails from the pond. Mr. Smith added that he also plans to move the fallen rocks off the crushed culvert pipe and use clay to help control water over
flow.
Mr. Kellman made a motion to continue the hearing to August 17. Ms. Goff seconded and the vote was unanimous in favor.
Mr. Flanders made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Bartels seconded and the vote carried to adjourn at 2:35 PM.
