- 12:30 PM: CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING NOI SE 12 – 818; CHRIS ALLEY FOR MARJORIE SCHEUER; 7, 14 Herring Run; AP 34-4.1, 4.3: Eligible voters: Joan, Pam, Candy, Bob, Russell, Chris, Maureen: Install a new water well and a FAST De-Nitrifying Septic system. The well is 40 feet from the top of the Coastal Bank to Menemsha Pond and 45 feet from a wetland draining into the Menemsha Pond. The septic system leach field is 50 feet from a large wetland draining into Menemsha Pond and 80 feet from the top of the Coastal Bank of Menemsha Pond.
- CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE SE 12 – 742; PRISCILLA LAVIN; 1 North Slope Lane; AP 14-19.1: An Order was issued in 2015 to construct an addition, new dry-laid blue stone patio and a stone wall retaining wall with re-landscaping. Recommend the project is in complete compliance.
