- 12:30 PM: PUBLIC HEARING NOI SE 12 - ???; REID SILVA FOR OLS MVY, LLC; 11 Flanders Lane; AP 27.1-204: Tear down the existing dwelling and build a new dwelling, build a detached garage with a bedroom, construct an upgraded septic system, relocate the parking area, install a new water well with related trenching and re-landscape the site. A majority of the construction is in the 100-foot buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. The closest construction is approximately 50 feet from the wetland edge. The proposed new well is 30 feet from the wetland edge.
- 12:45 PM: CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING: REQUEST FOR AN AMENDED ORDER OF CONDITIONS; SE 12 – 760; GEORGE SOURATI FOR MATTHEW CESTAR; 11 Hill Land; AP 32-40 (Peggy Freyberg’s house): All Commissioners are eligible voters.
Follow up to the January 25, 2017 Site Visit and review the details of the proposed changes as follows.
The requested changes today for an Amended Order include the complete tear down and re-build of the remaining section of the 1965 kitchen wing, replace the decks and install a crawl-space foundation instead of the approved pier foundation system; the 8’ X 8’ bump out, deck and roof closest to the stream will be removed; the re-build of the center living wing and decks and remove the current foundation and replace it with a crawl-space foundation; the two south retaining walls will be removed and the space filled to existing grade; tear down and re-build the “L” wing; the foundation under this section shall remain; follow up review the drainage plans as required in October 2016. The resources affected are the buffer zones of a Perennial Stream, the 1st 100-feet of the Riverfront
zone, Bordering Vegetated Wetland draining into a coastal pond, Coastal Bank of Stonewall Pond, 100-year flood zone for Stonewall Pond. The closest proposed limit of work extends to the wetland edge and 19 feet from the stream.
