- 12:30 PM: PUBLIC HEARING LOCAL BYLAW ONLY (NO DEP FILE #); CHRIS ALLEY AND MICHAEL BARCLAY FOR CHRISTINA LURIE; 2 Gosnold’s Way; AP 14-1: Construct a tennis court within the buffer zone of an isolated wetland. The closest activity is approximately 9 feet from the wetland edge and is within the approved footprint of disturbance as determined by the NHESP.
- POSSIBLE FOLLOW UP DISCUSSION AND REVISED PLANS NOI SE 12 - 782; CHRIS ALLEY AND MATT CRAMER FOR DAVID ARONOFF; 76 Menemsha Inn Rd.; AP 21-33: redevelop the property by: removing the existing dwelling and constructing an observation deck with fireplace in its place; the maintenance of two existing foot bridges and a timber stairway over a perennial stream; relocating the septic system, constructing a new dwelling with a combination of basement foundation, crawl space foundation and sonotube supports, new utilities, driveways, parking areas, grading, landscaping and the abandonment and restoration of several existing footpaths. The entire project is within the 200-ft. Riverfront Zone, a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and the 100-foot buffer zones of a Coastal Bank and BVW.
