- DISCUSSION KATHLEEN TILTON; 10 Eben’s Lane; AP 13-21: Kathleen recently purchased this property from VCS that was owned by Thelma Cossutta. Kathleen would like to relocate the driveway. The property has a CR and Brendan O’Neill asked for and you approved an amendment to the CR as follows: “Placement and maintenance of an unimproved ancillary structure accessory to the aforementioned woodland, farming and animal husbandry operations including, but without limitation, a shed or greenhouse, provided the maximum footprint of such structure does not exceed
300 2,000 square feet and that none of these structures shall be used for human habitation.”
- DISCUSSION LEA LITTLEFIELD; 10 Molly’s Way; AP 27.1-56: Lea’s property abuts the property where you approved and conditioned the mowing of the neighboring lots – AP 27.1-57, 60. Jimmy Morgan was the applicant. Lea has been mowing her lot for decades and would like to discuss the conditions for continued mowing on her lot.
