- NOI SE 12 – 775; REID SILVA FOR PROSPECT HILL ASSOC.; 12:30 PM Prospect Hill Rd.; AP 20-77, 83: stabilize an existing road/driveway shoulder by placing retaining boulders and re-grading the road shoulder. The project is approximately 1 foot from a Bordering Vegetated Wetland.
- NOI SE 12 – 774; REID SILVA FOR FRANK SICA; Gosnold’s Way; AP 20-28: 12:40 PM Build and maintain a four-foot wide walking path on a vacant 20-acre parcel of land and clear the vegetation to expose the stone walls. Portions of the work are within the 100-foot buffer zones of five wetlands of varying sizes. The closest activity is approximately 40 feet from a wetland edge.
- NOI SE 12 - ???; REID SILVA AND CARLOS MONTOYA FOR JAMES TAYLOR; 12:45 PM
Muddy Cove Rd.; AP 31-1: Stabilize a coastal bank on Menemsha Pond with native plantings and fiber logs. Approximately 25 linear feet of bank will be stabilized.
- RFD REID SILVA FOR KENNETH SWEDER; 61 Hammett Rd.; AP 9-6: 12:50 PM Relocate a portion of the existing driveway that is in the 100-foot buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. A portion of the new driveway will also be within the wetland buffer zone. The majority of the new driveway will be slightly farther away from the wetland edge than the current driveway (80 feet vs. 70 feet).
- DISCUSSION GEORGE SOURATI FOR ENGLERT; SE 12 – 771; Flanders Lane; AP 26-29: The Order mandated a de-nitrifying septic system upgrade. George would like to discuss the Board of Health’s opinion.
