Lane; AP 26-31.1, 31.2: Plant a green belt of screening vegetation between two lots. A portion of the planting is in the buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. The closest activity is approximately 65 feet from the wetland edge.

FIELDS LLC; 0 Brickyard Road; AP 9-2.10: Remove a utility pole and overhead line that are in a wetland and replace it with a 300 ft. underground utility conduit and lines that will run within the wetland. Directional boring technology will be used to install the conduit.
- DISCUSSION REID SILVA FOR MARY JANE PEASE; SE 12 – 738; AP 24-201: An Order was issued in May 2015 for a 1400 ft. long elevated walkway over wetlands and salt marsh to Chilmark Pond. The proposed fiberglass grating for the deck is very expensive. Discuss an alternative deck surface that will allow light penetration. Determine if the change is satisfactory and if it is inconsequential thus, not requiring the hearing to be re-opened.
- FOLLOW UP DISCUSSION PETER NORRIS; SE 12 – 747; 19 Blueberry Ridge Lane; AP 8-59: An Order was issued in October 2015 to install an irrigation well. One condition was to return with the location for the underground, irrigation system.

NOI Reid Silva for Jerome and Carol Kenney; 45 Beach Rd.; AP 2-3: Restore an inland ecological resource by removing approximately 2,400 sq. ft. of aquatic nuisance vegetation to retard eutrophication of a fresh water pond and to protect wildlife habitat. A hydro-rake will be used for the work. All vegetation and root matter will be disposed of at an upland location.
