KHEDOURI; 10 Harbor Hill Road; AP 27.1-101: Repair and maintain the existing boathouse and pier on Menemsha Basin. Four spiles will be replaced on the pier. The applicant would also like to prune the vegetation around the boathouse and access stairs.
- PUBLIC HEARING NOI SE 12 – ???; REID SILVA FOR YOU DIRT RAT, LLC; 12:40 PM 227 North Road; AP 14-9: Reconstruct and replace the existing bridge over Roaring Brook and re-grade and maintain the existing roadway. Concrete abutments will be poured to support the new bridge deck. The activity is on the shore of a perennial stream and within the 100-foot buffer zone and first 100 feet of the Riverfront area.
