  • PUBLIC HEARING NOI SE 12 – 750; REID SILVA FOR FRED F. TILDEN AND     12:30 PM
JOSEPH ROBBAT, JR., TRUSTEES; 11 Marsh Road; AP 27.1-27, 28, 32:  Prune and maintain the canopies of eight existing trees to open the water view.  Three trees are located within a Bordering Vegetated Wetland.  The remaining five trees are within the 100-foot buffer zones of a perennial stream and the Bordering Vegetated Wetland.  All work will be done by hand.  

  • PUBLIC HEARING NOI SE 12 – 747; GEORGE SOURATI FOR PETER NORRIS       12:40 PM AND AMY H. RUGEL; 19 Blueberry Ridge Lane; AP 8-59:  Install an irrigation well within the buffer zones of a fresh water pond and a Bordering Vegetated Wetland.  The proposed well is approximately 10 feet from the wetland edge and 50 feet from the pond.
  • CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE SE 12 – 698; GRAEME L. AND JUDITH Y. FLANDERS; Tucker Trail; AP 33-94:  An Order was issued in April 2014 to construct and maintain an elevated walkway over the salt marsh to Nashaquitsa Pond.  The area is also within NHESP jurisdiction.  It was connected to a stairway attached to an existing boathouse and deck.
