  • DISCUSSION CHRIS ALLEY FOR SBRIGLIO; SE 12 – 71; 51 Putnam Rd.; AP 8-7:  Discuss a second proposed change to this plan.  The applicant would like to relocate the new house such that it will be completely outside the 100-foot buffer zone of the drainage wetland.  There may be some foundation work area disturbance in the buffer zone.  Determine if the change is inconsequential or significant thus requiring the hearing to be re-opened.
  • DISCUSSION GREG MILNE, SO. MTN. CO. FOR NORTH STAR REALTY TRUST (Graeme Flanders) Amended SE 12 - 704; 4 Tucker Trail; AP 33-55:  An Order was issued on 6/11/14 to develop this lot and trench utility lines through a wetland.  The Order allowed a mini-excavator with a 12” bucket to dig the trench through the wetland.  They are asking permission to direct drill through the road for the utilities.  The Commission preferred this method and So. Mountain said it would create more disturbance at both ends.  Determine if the change is inconsequential or significant.
