WAY REALTY TRUST; 14 Marjos Way; AP 27-2: This is in response to an Enforcement Order issued on April 14, 2015. The applicant would like to propose allowing the additional clearing in the wetland buffer zone to be maintained as is; plant two cedar trees on the edge of a wetland as approved in the planting plan and not plant the approved shrubs; fertilize and water the cedars. In addition to this work the applicant would like to enlarge the existing garden in the buffer zone of a wetland and construct and maintain a 179-foot long stone wall a portion of which is in a wetland with the remainder in the wetland buffer zone.
- PUBLIC HEARING AMENDED NOI SE 12 - 704; REID SILVA FOR 12:40 PM
THE NORTH STAR REALTY TRUST; 4 Tucker Trail; AP 33-55: The applicant would like to amend the Order of Conditions for SE 12 – 704 to re-develop a lot. The current Order of Conditions was issued in June 2014. The proposed amendment is as follows: construct a 378 sq. ft. bluestone patio. Approximately 225 sq. ft. of the patio is in the 100-foot buffer zones of the Nashaquitsa Pond Flood Zone and the Top of the Coastal Bank. The closest activity is 88 feet from the flood zone and slightly farther from the top of the bank.
