  • RFD KRISTEN FAUTEUX FOR SHERIFF’S MEADOW FOUNDATION; North    12:30 PM
and Old Farm Roads; AP 3-4, 14:  Cut vegetation along the edge of the Mill Brook for the purpose of a one-time survey to locate and assess the stream bed.  The work will be done on Sheriff’s Meadow Foundation’s Roth Woodlands property and the parcel owned by the Island Grown Initiative (formerly owned by the Dunkl family) over which SMF holds a Conservation Restriction.

  • NO1 SE 12 - 728; REID SILVA FOR JEROME AND CAROL KENNEY;                12:40
45 Beach Road; AP 2-3:  Excavate, trench, backfill and maintain a 4 inch PVC foundation drain running to a gravel diffusion trench.  The work is within the 100-foot buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland.  The closest activity is approximately 1 foot from the wetland edge.  A portion of the proposed driveway is also within the wetland buffer zone.

SE 12 – 686; 26 Greenhouse Lane; AP 33-71:  Review proposed landscape lawn area as required       in the Order.  To be planted in May-June 2015.

Continued Public Hearing from 11/19/14; Stephen Merkel; SE 12 – 720; off Howell Lane; AP 27-1.1, 1.2, 1.3: Restore clearing done without a permit:  Eligible voters:  Sandy, Candy, Chris, Pam, Joan, Maureen, Bob:  After discussion the Commission suggested continuing the hearing to provide time to work on the plan.  Mr. Alley suggested a date of February 4, 2015.  A motion was made to accept the request and continue the hearing to February 4, 2015 @ 12:30 PM.  The motion was seconded.  In discussion it was requested the area be surveyed and identify what vegetation was removed and the locations of the same.  This would become the basis for the restoration plan.  The motion passed unanimously with seven in favor.
