1.   PUBLIC MEETING; RFD REID SILVA FOR DEBBIE HANCOCK,         12:30 PM               18 Crick Hill Rd.; AP 27.1-120:  Obtain approval for a 5’ X 5’ (25 sq. ft.) length of floating dock that was built and installed in Menemsha Basin and remove certain features of the pier.  The approved float was 16 feet long and this section of float dock was built five feet longer.  The total installed length of floating docks is 69 ½ feet.

        Work Description:

        To be removed:  
                -  12 original piles.
                -  30 sq. ft. of kayak-supporting planks.
                -  22 sq. ft. ramp.

        To remain:
-  A net 4 sq. ft. addition (remove 7 sq. ft., add 11 sq. ft.) to the main wharf at the base of the bank.
-  The existing 25 sq. ft. (5’ X 5’) to the southern-most float.
-  The existing 25 sq. ft. addition to the southern wharf deck.
-  The existing 7 replacement piles (net loss of 5 piles).   

2.   PUBLIC MEETING RFD MITCH GORDON FOR MARIANNE               12:40 PM
GOLDBERG 41 Wequobsque Rd.; AP 30-112:  Relocate an existing cottage that is 20 feet from the top of a coastal bank to a location that is approximately 140 feet from the top of the bank.  The existing sonotube foundation, power, water and septic service shall be removed from the 100-foot coastal bank buffer zone.  (What equipment will be used? Re-vegetation plan?)
