FAIN HACKNEY, 12:30 PM 15 Round Pond Rd.; AP 35-1.5: Construct a built-in swimming pool, pool fence, bluestone terrace and a sub-surface drain -- portions of which are within the 100-foot buffer zone of a 7,900 sq. ft. Isolated Wetland. The closest work will be approximately 80 feet from the Isolated Wetland edge.
2. CONTINUEDPUBLIC HEARING NOI SE 12 - 697; CHRIS ALLEY FOR 12:45 PM
NICHOLAS NEGROPONTE; 0 Signal Hill Lane; AP 34-1.3: Eligible voters: Pam, Joan, Bob, Sandy, Chris: Develop a vacant lot by building a single-family residence, detached bedroom with the associated power, water and septic facilities. A corner of the detached bedroom may be within the 100-foot buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. A portion of the main house will be cantilevered over the wetland buffer zone. The septic tank, septic pump chamber and related plumbing are located within the buffer zone. A re-landscaping plan is also proposed for the buffer zone. The closest work will be approximately 80 feet from the wetland edge.
