  • PUBLIC MEETING RFD CHRIS ALLEY FOR I FOUND MY THRILL, LLC       12:30 PM
(INN AT BLUEBERRY HILL) 74 North Rd.; Map 3 Lots 2, 39 and 41 – including the utility easement on two neighbor’s properties:  Replace the existing water well, trench and replace 1200 feet of water line that goes through a wetland and wetland buffer zone and install a new 650 foot water line that also goes through a wetland and wetland buffer zone.

2.   PUBLIC MEETING RFD CHRIS ALLEY FOR GARY JONES & STACEY     12:40 PM
     SNIDER; 26 Abel’s Neck Rd.; AP 31-2:  Build a decking addition to a single-family residence.  The deck will be supported by sonotubes.  A portion of the deck is in the 100-foot buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland.  The closest point is 86 feet from the wetland edge.

RFD Marc Villa; 11 Howell Lane; AP 27-4.1:  This is a response to an Enforcement Letter. Remove 2 dead trees within a 40-ft. ROW in a wetland buffer zone and 25 feet from the wetland; remove a fallen tree in a wetland; remove several dead beech trees in the southwest section of the property and within a wetland buffer zone; maintain an existing walking path from the outdoor shower to the roadway that is in a wetland buffer zone.

RFD David Hill of Tea Lane Nursery for Linda Schapiro; 20 Quitsa Lane; AP 33-39:  Remove all dead trees and shrubs, fallen limbs and dead lower limbs to a maximum height of 20 feet.  Cut and remove as much bittersweet and grape vines as possible.  Equipment to be used will be chain saws, power hedge shears and chipper.  All debris will be removed from the site.  All of the work is in the buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland or within the 100-foot buffer zone of the top of a coastal bank.  The closest activity will be 20 feet from the wetland edge and 15 feet from the top of the bank.
