- PUBLIC MEETING RFD Brian Packish for Peter Principato; 33 Abel’s Neck Rd. (Primo’s house); AP 31-5: Construct a dry-laid stone wall within the 100-foot buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. The closest activity is approximately 40 feet from the wetland edge. There are a shed and driveway between the proposed stone wall and the wetland.
- PUBLIC MEETING RFD Doug Dowling for Tom Langman; 8 Salt Meadows; AP 21-52.2: Remove three trees one of which is in the 100-foot buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. The stumps will be ground and the area will be replanted with vegetative screening between abutting houses. The tree is approximately 95 feet from the wetland edge.
