CHRIS ALLEY FOR 33 LAKE ROAD REALTY TRUST; 33 Lake Rd.; AP 36-6: Relocate an existing roadway a portion of which is within the 200-foot buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland that drains into Squibnocket Pond. There will be approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of disturbance in the buffer zone. The closest activity is approximately 120 feet from the wetland edge. The work is proposed on the property located at 33 Lake Road; Assessors’ Map 36 Lot 6.
