DOUGLAS LIMAN; 34 Blacksmith Valley Rd.; AP 35-38: (Eligible voters: Pam, Joan, Bob, Wesley) Discuss the Building Inspector’s opinion on how Town Zoning Bylaws affect this project.
Construct a 384 sq. ft. barn with fencing and connect the barn to a previously approved water line and power conduit. The barn will be supported by pier footings. All the work is within the expanded 200-foot buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland that drains into Squibnocket Pond and within the jurisdiction of the NHESP. There is a stream that runs through the wetland that may be intermittent. The barn is 53 feet from the wetland edge. The closest section of the fencing is 25 feet from the wetland edge.
2. PUBLIC HEARING NOI (NO DEP FILE # - TOWN BYLAW JURISDICTION 12:40 PM
ONLY) REID SILVA FOR SARAH GLAZER KHEDOURI; 14 Yardarm Lane.; AP 24-227:
Remove the existing 3-bedroom house and replace it with a new 3-bedroom house. A portion of the house with a crawl-space foundation, a screened porch and a covered porch with slab-on-grade foundations, a grade-level terrace and a proposed septic tank and pump chamber with related trenching to the leach field are within the 100-foot buffer zone of the 100-year flood line. The activity is approximately 70 feet from flood line and 138 feet from the wetland edge.
3. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE NANCY E. KIDD; SE 12 – 671; 11 Greenhouse Lane; AP 33-151: Order of Conditions issued in December 2012 to abandon and fill the existing 3-bedroom cesspool and upgrade the septic system that is in the buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. The closest activity for the new system is approximately 73 feet from the wetland edge.
4. DISCUSSION REID SILVA FOR JOHN AND GAYLE LEE; SE 12 – 693; 1 Clam Point Cove Road; AP 33-120: Discuss the special condition issued with this Order that requires the fiberglass decking to be the higher of 3 ½ feet above the ground or 6 inches above the top of the salt marsh grass – as outlined in the Town’s Bylaw Regulations for Salt Marshes: Section 2.06 (4) (B); Page 2-16.
