1.  PUBLIC MEETING RFD REID SILVA FOR JAMIE ATKINS; 80 State Rd.;       12:30 PM
AP 30-6:  Remove an existing ground level deck and construct and maintain a dry laid stone patio in the same footprint.  A sub surface drainage pipe will be installed on the north side of the house coming from the basement doorway.  A propane tank will be buried with the required trenching for the gas line to the house.  The activity is within the 100-foot buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland.  The closest work is 38 feet from the wetland edge.  

2.  PUBLIC HEARING NOI (NO DEP FILE # - TOWN BYLAW JURIDICTION  12:40 PM
    ONLY)  CHRIS ALLEY FOR RICHARD KAUFFMAN; 20 Chappaquioit Rd.; AP 24-211:
     Replace two existing dwellings with two new dwellings.  A portion of one of the two structures will be located within the 100-foot buffer zone of the 100-year flood zone of Chilmark Pond which is within the jurisdiction of the Town’s Wetland Protection Bylaws.  The area is also within the jurisdiction of the NHESP.  The outside limit of work is 95 feet from the 100-year flood zone boundary—and 195 feet from the wetland edge.

3.  DISCUSSION REID SILVA FOR CHRISTIAN HALBY; ORDER OF CONDITIONS              SE 12 – 692; 16 Shepherds Path; Map 24 Lot 1:  Determine if a proposed change is inconsequential or, if the hearing needs to be re-opened.  The proposed change is on the approved 101-foot long boardwalk and a 41 foot long timber pier that was permitted at the June 5th meeting.  The deck of the boardwalk over the wetland will be made of one inch fiberglass mesh to allow light penetration.  The pier over Doctor’s Creek will have a wooden deck with cedar post supports and pin footings.  The work is on the property owned by Shepherds Path Nominee Trust.
