1.   PUBLIC HEARING NOI (TOWN BYLAW JURIDCTION ONLY-NO DEP FILE #)      12:30 PM
GEORGE SOURATI FOR PAUL & CYNTHIA KAPLAN; 16 Valley Lane; AP 3-50:  Develop a vacant 3-acre parcel.  The plan proposes a single-family residence and wrap-around deck in a location that is 60 feet from the edge of an isolated, 2,580 sq. ft. wetland and within the jurisdiction of the NHESP.  The outside limit of work is 55 feet from the wetland edge.

2.  PUBLIC HEARING NOI SE 12-689; CHRIS ALLEY FOR DOUG LIMAN;           12:40 PM
34 Blacksmith Valley Road; AP 35-38:  Construct a 384 sq. ft. barn with fencing, utilities and add four zones for tree planting.  All the work is within the expanded 200-foot buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland that drains into Squibnocket Pond and within the jurisdiction of the NHESP.  There is a stream that runs through the wetland that may be intermittent.  The barn is 50 feet from the wetland edge.  The closest tree planting zones abut the wetland edge.

3.   PUBLIC HEARING NOI SE 12 – 690; CHRIS ALLEY FOR ZACH WIESNER :     12:45 PM  Boston Hill Rd.; AP 30-76:  Construct a driveway and install a well with the related trenching on an undeveloped lot.  The activity is in the buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland.  The closest activity is 30 feet from the wetland edge.

4.   PUBLIC HEARING NOI SE 12 - ???;REID SILVA FOR JOSEPH GOLDSTEIN,    12:50 PM
TRSUTEE; 4 Old Hunt Place; AP 24-198:  Remove an existing 468’ long by 2’ wide raised boardwalk and build a new 395’ long X 4’ wide raised boardwalk with pin footings.  Approximately 335’ of the new boardwalk is over a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and Salt Marsh.  A fiberglass grating deck will be used over the resource areas to allow light penetration.

5.   PUBLIC MEETING RFD LIZ LEWENBERG; 3 Osprey Lane; AP 25-122:                12:55 PM
        Install cedar posts for an electric horse pasture fence.  The proposed paddock is in the buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland that drains into Chilmark Pond.  The closest activity is 10 feet from the wetland edge.

6.   INFORMAL DISCUSSION JONATHAN MAYHEW:  Obtain the Commission’s input on a short term solution and roadway change at the Squibnocket Beach parking lot for access into the Squibnocket Farm development.
