1. PUBLIC MEETING RFD REID SILVA FOR BLUE SKY MV, LTD 12:30 PM (BLUE HERON FARM); 41 Cobbs Hill Rd.; AP 11-23.3: Remove an elevated golf tee, remove briar bushes, miscellaneous trees, maintain a meadow and prune the scrub oak along the top of a coastal bank to a height of four feet. All of the work is within the 100-foot buffer zone of a coastal bank. The closest activity is on the edge of the bank.
2. PUBLIC MEETING RFD; JOAN MALKIN; 10 Tilton Cove Way; AP 25-124, 125: 12:40 PM
Construct a pre-fabricated 8’ X 12’ greenhouse adjacent to the existing shed. The proposed site is approximately 60 and 70 feet from two adjacent Bordering Vegetated Wetlands that drain into a coastal pond. The structure will be placed on cedar supports. No in-ground foundation will be used. There will be no electric or water service in the greenhouse.
3. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE; AMENDED NOI SE 12 – 527; GEORGE SOURATI FOR ROGERS AND ESTEHER BRANDON; Old Fields Path; AP 16-7.3: The original Order of Conditions was issued November 2006 for view clearing. It was subsequently amended twice to expand the area for view clearing – in November 2008 and most recently in November 2012. Josh Scott did the most recent work.
4. POSSIBLE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE; NOI SE 12 – 381; PRIMO LOMBARDI; 33 Abel’s Neck Road; AP 31-5: The property may be sold. This Order of Conditions was issued in May 2000 for the construction of a dwelling, garage and installed utilities. A subsequent Enforcement Order was issued because land was cleared along the road and driveway that was supposed to be left as a buffer to the wetland. The cleared area was supposed to be restored. The applicant’s attorney is checking to see if the restoration took place.

NOI Paul & Cynthia Kaplan; 16 Valley Lane; AP 3-50: Develop a vacant lot The proposed house is in the buffer zone of an isolated wetland. The Town’s Bylaws are the only regulations that have jurisdiction.
NOI Doug Liman; 34 Blacksmith Valley Rd.; AP 35-38: Build a barn with utilities, fencing and four areas for tree planting. All of the activity is in the buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland that drains into Squibnocket Pond.
