1.      DISCUSS HURRICANE SANDY COASTAL DAMAGE:

-  Emergency Certification George Sourati for SWB Limited Partnership; 8 Greenhouse Lane; AP 33-30.  New proposal to temporarily stabilize the bottom of the coastal bank.

2.         SE 12 – 654; CHRIS ALLEY FOR BELL/MOSES; 11 East Lane; AP 32 – 72:   Review reduced scope of work and revised site plan to demolish the existing house, build a new house with septic system.  The approved guesthouse will not be built.

NOI Chris Alley for Adam Zoia; 18 Point Inner Way; AP 33-114:  remodel gazebo, remodel boathouse, build new stairway with an added boardwalk to the dock; install granite posts and an entrance gate.

NOI Reid Silva for Nancy Kidd; 11 Greenhouse Lane; AP 33 – 151:  upgrade the existing 3-bedroom septic system.  The closest point is 73 feet from a wetland edge.

NOI Chris Alley for Inn at Blueberry Hill; 74 North Rd.; AP 3-2:  It was sold and will become a private residence.  The application is to expand one of the buildings.  There is a CR with the Sheriff’s Meadow Foundation with building restrictions.

RFD Chris Alley for Mr. Bernard; 5 Shotnaigher Lane; AP 34-1.1:  Install a ground-mounted array of photo-voltaic panels in the buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and pond.

NOI Chris Alley for 308 South Rd. Realty Trust (Kapor); 308 South Rd.; AP 24-204:  Re-build, license and maintain an existing walkway and fixed pier in Chilmark Pond that was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy.
