1. DISCUSS HURRICANE SANDY COASTAL DAMAGE:
- Natalie Conroy; SE 12 – 640; 22 Greenhouse Lane; AP 33-33: Options for house, guesthouse, well and septic system.
- Tom Dellarocco for Rockefeller; SE 12 – 536; 16 Greenhouse Lane; AP 33-31: Review plans to restore the soft coastal bank stabilization of beach sediment, coir logs, jute netting and planted beach grass.
- Emergency Certification issued for 21 East Lane; AP 32-67: Relocate shed and porch that is on the edge of the coastal bank due to bank erosion.
- Squibnocket Beach Parking Lot update; SE 12 - 567.
2. ADMINISTRATION:
Minutes 11/14/12.
Review FY 2014 Budget.
- NEXT MEETING: Wed., December 19 @ 12:30 PM. Site Visits will take place on December 18. (No December 5th meeting). NOI Chris Alley for Adam Zoia; 18 Point Inner Way; AP 33-114: remodel gazebo, remodel boathouse, build new stairway with an added boardwalk to the dock; install granite posts and an entrance gate.
