1. PUBLIC HEARING NOI SE 12 – 661; REID SILVA FOR BLUE SKY MV, LTD 12:30 PM Blue Heron Farm; 40 Cobbs Hill Rd.; Map 11 Lot 23.3: Excavate to remove an existing built-in swimming pool, spa, stone patio, flagstone path and pool equipment. Excavate for and construct a new 30’ X 60’ built-in pool, 20’ X 60’ wooden deck, pool fence, new wood walkway and pool equipment building. A new lawn will be planted. All of the described work is within the 100-foot buffer zone of the Wades Cove Coastal Bank. The closest activity is approximately 6 feet from the top of the Coastal Bank as defined in the regulations. The work will be done on the
property located at 41 Cobbs Hill Road; Assessors’ Map 11 Lot 23.3.
2. PUBLIC HEARING NOI SE 12 - 660; REID SILVA FOR THE ESTATE 12:40 PM OF ANNE VYTLACIL; 21 Squibnocket Rd. Map 35 Lot 24: Abandon the existing water well and cesspool. Install a new water well with related trenching for the water line and power and install a 1500 gallon septic tank and system. The work areas will be re-graded, loamed. The well is approximately 12 feet from the edge of an isolated wetland. The septic system, water well line, existing well pump house and
existing well are within the 200-foot buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland that drains into Squibnocket Pond. The work will be done on the property located at 21 Squibnocket Road; Assessors’ Map 35 Lot 24.
3. REQUEST FOR 3-YEAR EXTENSION ORDER OF CONDITIONS SE12 – 588; GEORGE SOURATI FOR HELENA COLLINS; 26 Hammett Road; AP 8-2: Current Order expires August 21, 2012: Construct a bridge over an existing wetland, a driveway, retaining wall, parking area, and activities associated with the construction of a single-family residence. The residence will be located outside the buffer zone. The underground utilities, a water line from an existing well, the driveway, parking area and portions of the retaining wall and cleared area are in the buffer zone. (A new bridge location and site plan is needed before work begins).

NOI George Sourati for the Grin Acres Family Limited Partnership. Restore previously disturbed wetland and buffer zone resource areas and remove and replace an existing asphalt driveway with a concrete surface and a water runoff drainage trench with crushed stone. The driveway and trench are approximately ten feet from a wetland edge at the closest point. The work will be done on the property located at 15 Nickerson Farm Lane; Assessors’ Map 21 Lots 10, 12, 13.
NOI George Sourati for Jan P. Eliasberg, Trustee. Open the water view across three separate parcels of land. Several trees will be cut down and pruned. No brush cutting or removal of understory vegetation is proposed. No tree stumps will be removed. Nearly all of the work will take place within the jurisdiction of the NHESP. Much of the work will be in the 100-foot buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. The closest activity will be approximately 15 feet from the wetland edge. The work will be done on the following properties: 11 Tanglevine Rd. Map 25 Lot 100; 8 Tanglevine Rd. Map 25 Lot 55 and 3 Osprey Lane Map 25 Lot 122.
