1. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING; NOI SE 12 – 650; CHRIS ALLEY FOR 12:30 PM RICHARD LOCHRIDGE; 2 Stone Ridge; AP 25-130: Eligible voters: Pam Goff, Sandy Broyard, Dick Smith, Wesley Cottle. Construct a detached bedroom in the buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. The closest activity is 63 feet from the wetland edge.
2. PUBLIC MEETING RFD PAULINE GROSE; 9 Quitsa Lane; AP 33-74: 12:40 PM This is a response to a letter I sent the owner on March 28 informing them that I stopped Eddie Barrett from mowing a field to a wetland edge without a permit. The applicant would like to mow and maintain a field that is in the 100-foot buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. No fertilizers will be used to maintain the field which will be mowed no more than three times per year. A no-cut buffer shall be established
that is at least 25 feet from the wetland edge. The work will be done on the property located at 9 Quitsa Lane; Assessors’ Map 33 Lot 74.
3. PUBLIC HEARING NOI SE 12 - ???; GEORGE SOURATI FOR 12:45 PM SWB LIMITED PARTNERSHIP; 8 Greenhouse Lane; AP 33-30: Install a seasonal beach stairway down a coastal bank to the Atlantic Ocean. They would also like to install a stone wall in the buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. The stone wall is approximately 50 feet from the wetland edge.
