(BLUE HERON FARM) 12:30 PM Cobbs Hill Rd.; AP 11-23.3: Relocate air conditioning condensers and a gas meter with required trenching away from the main house and into the 100-foot buffer zone from the top of Wades Cove coastal bank. Additionally, the applicant would like to establish a limit of work area for construction equipment in the same buffer zone. The kitchen will be expanded. The footprint of the addition is outside the buffer zone. The
closest activity is approximately 65 feet from the top of the coastal bank.
