1. NOI SE 12 - ???; TOWN OF CHILMARK; Boathouse Rd.; Map 27.1 Lot 229: Dredge and maintain a 30’ X 50’ section of land under water bodies and waterways. Approximately 60 cubic yards of material will be removed with each dredging. Acceptable spoils will be used as beach nourishment at Menemsha Beach as needed above the mean high water shoreline.
