Site Visits were made on 5/31.

1.  PUBLIC MEETING DOUG DOWLING FOR THOMAS LANGMAN      12:30 PM            8 Salt Meadows off Menemsha Inn Rd; AP 21-52.2:  To determine the delineation of an existing wetland-drainage swale and install a second water well with trenching for the water line and electric service.  The water well and trenching will take place within the 100-foot buffer zone of the existing wetland-drainage swale.  A subdivision of this property is suggested by not approved.  A new dwelling with driveway, power line and septic system is also proposed on the property if subdivided.

2.  CONTINUEDPUBLIC HEARING NOI SE 12 – 632;CHRIS ALLEY 12:40 PM
    FOR BARBARA DAY ET AL; State Road; AP 33-66:  (Eligible voters:  Pam, Sandy, Donald, Dick)  Reconstruct an existing timber walkway over a salt marsh and build a seasonal extension into Quitsa Pond.  

3.  CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING NOI; SE 12 – 634; REID SILVA       12:50 PM            MICHAEL HUPPERT, TRUSTEE; 290 South Rd.; AP 24-193, 195:  (Eligible voters:  Pam, Sandy, Donald, Dick)  Maintain in perpetuity the existing boardwalk and timber-frame pier located at 290 South Road; Assessors Map 24 Lots 193, 195.  The pier received a Chapter 90 license in 1996.  You asked for a temporary repair for this season only with an upgrade using best practices for the long term.

PROVOST FOR SCHEUER FAMILY PROPERTIES, LLC; 2 Chocker’s Lane; AP 33-4, 6:  (Eligible voters:  Pam, Caitlin, Sandy, Dick—Bruce and Donald missed May 4).  Follow up to evaluate the proposed alternative location for the walking path and raised walkway to Menemsha Pond.  NHESP approval of a new location is required.

5.  INFORMAL DISCUSSION:  BRAD HOLMES FOR ISABELLE SCOTT’S DAUGHTER; 16 Shepherd’s Path; Map 24 Lot 1:  Discuss options for proposed raking/dredging of the detritus build up in the ponds behind the house.  A Notice of Intent will be prepared and filed accordingly.
