1. PUBLIC HEARING NOI SE 12 – 628; ROBIN HYDE FOR SPRING 12:30 PM
POINT ASSOCIATION; Beck’s Beach; AP 5-1: Replace and perpetually maintain three sets of pre-existing beach stairs on Beck’s Beach. All work will be done by hand. Locust posts and a combination of spruce and composite treads will be used for the stairs. The footprint will not change and the activity will take place on the coastal bank to Vineyard Sound.

- Land Bank raised platform on Chilmark Pond for kayak and canoe launching.
- Windy Gates Road: Repair the stone bridge over Mill Brook.
