1.      PUBLIC HEARING CHRIS ALLEY FOR 9 AZALEA NOMINEE 12:30 PM TRUST; SE 12 - 622; 9 Azalea Lane; Map 29 Lot 8:  Replace the existing water line.  Approximately 60 feet of the new line will be trenched in a wetland.  The remainder will run through the wetland buffer zone.  The trench will be backfilled as soon as practical, dressed with excavated topsoil and surface stabilized with jute net until the vegetation is re- established.  

2.   CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING NOI SE 12 – 621;  REID SILVA      12:40 PM        
        FOR SCHEUER FAMILY PROPERTIES, LLC; 2 Chocker’s Lane; AP 33-4, 6:  Brush cut and perpetually maintain a 430 ft. long X 4 ft. wide walking path and to construct and maintain a 120 ft. long X 3 ft. wide elevated walkway to Menemsha Pond.  The path is in a wetland buffer zone and the raised walkway is in a wetland and salt marsh.  Review deed research to see if easement rights are granted for Short Beach.

3.  POSSIBLE FOLLOW UP FOR RFD JOHN FRAGOSA FOR SCHEUER           FAMILY PROPERTIES, LLC; 2 Chocker’s Lane; AP 33-6:  If the site visit to evaluate flagged limbs was acceptable, follow up approval for the limb pruning of large trees within 40 feet of the pond.  The purpose is to create pond view channels.

4.  POSSIBLE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE 9 AZALEA NOMINEE TRUST;     SE 12 – 589; AP 29-8:  Relocate houses and build a third building.  Evaluate flagged wetland edges to define limit of mowing to the east and south of the dwellings.  The fire pit in the wetland has been removed.

5.  POSSIBLE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE SONGWIND LLC; SE 12 – 565; AP 27.1-86:  (Only if sign is installed as conditioned).  Install electric and water service on the fixed dock next to the Home Port Restaurant.  Add a gate, split rail fence along the border.
