1. PUBLIC MEETING RFD JOHN FRAGOSA FOR SCHEUER 12:30 PM FAMILY PROPERTIES, LLC; 2 Chocker’s Lane; AP 33-6: Thin and prune limbs on approximately 8 trees and brush cut a small area while removing several small trees. Hand and chain saws will be used. The applicant also asks for the ability to maintain the pruning in perpetuity. The work will take place in the buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland. The closest activity is approximately 40 feet from the wetland edge.
2. PUBLIC HEARING NOI SE 12 – 621; REID SILVA FOR 12:40 PM SCHEUER FAMILY PROPERTIES, LLC; 2 Chocker’s Lane; AP 33-4, 6: Brush cut and perpetually maintain a 430 ft. long X 4 ft. wide walking path and to construct and maintain a 120 ft. long X 3 ft. wide elevated walkway to Menemsha Pond. The path is in a wetland buffer zone and the raised walkway is in a wetland and salt marsh.
3. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE SONGWIND LLC; SE 12 – 565; AP 27.1-86: (Only if sign is installed as conditioned). Install electric and water service on the fixed dock next to the Home Port Restaurant. Add a gate, split rail fence along the border.
4. DISCUSSION TOM TATE FOR ADAM ZOIA; SE 12 – 604; 18 Point Inner Way; AP 33-114: Review proposed new locations for the auxiliary generator (originally inside the barn); power lines and A/C condensers. Determine if the changes are inconsequential or, require filing for an Amended Order of Conditions.
