OF CHILMARK; Boat House Rd.; Map 27.1 Lots 228, 229: Replace and maintain the drive on connector pier, boat slips, spiles and floating docks with electric and water services that were destroyed by the U.S. Coast Guard Boathouse fire in July 2010. The activity will take place in the Menemsha Basin and Menemsha Creek channel.

PATRICK LYONS; 57 Wequobsque Rd.; AP 30-116.2: (Voters: Richard, Pam, Sandy, Caitlin and Donald).Create a gravel driveway to a planned guesthouse. A portion of the driveway will pass through the 100-foot buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland. The closest section is approximately 30 feet from the wetland edge.

NOI STEVE LEWENBERG; 3 and 5 Osprey Lane; Map 25 Lots 117.1, 117.3: Remove one tree in a bordering vegetated wetland on lot 117.3 and remove two trees, prune and perpetually maintain other selected trees and brush in a bordering vegetated wetland and the wetland buffer zone on lot 117.1. The purpose of the work is to open the water view of Chilmark Pond from lot Map 25 Lot 122.
