LYONS; 57 Wequobsque Rd.; AP 30-116.2: Create a gravel driveway to a planned guesthouse. A portion of the driveway will pass through the 100-foot buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland. The closest section is approximately 30 feet from the wetland edge.
