1. PUBLIC HEARING NOI SE 12 - 614; REID SILVA FOR SQUIBBY, LLC; 12:30 PM
14 Round Pond Road; AP 35-1.12: Perform an archaeological site examination of the 2.13-acre building envelope. All vegetation will be flush cut to the ground and the existing organic layer and top soil will be machine-stripped and stockpiled. The removed topsoil will be replaced, graded and seeded with an appropriate field/meadow seed mixture. Siltation barriers will be installed along the perimeter of the building envelope and removed after the meadow grass seeding has become established. The applicant would also like to confirm the locations for buildings and structures within the building envelope. Portions of the building envelope are within the 100-foot buffer zones of several isolated wetlands.
2. PUBLIC HEARING NOI SE 12 - 615; DICK BARBINI FOR 9 AZALEA 12:40 PM
NOMINEE TRUST (BELUSHI); 9 Azalea Lane; AP 29-8: Install and maintain in perpetuity a seasonal timber beach stairway. The stairway will be located on a coastal bank and located at 9 Azalea Lane; Assessors Map 29 Lot 8. This application is intended to renew the expired beach stairway permit issued under DEP file number SE 12 - 214.
3. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE; SE 12 – 531; 9 AZALEA NOMINEE TRUST; AP 29-8: The relocation of the single-family residence and all related construction is completed.
4. POSSIBLE DISCUSSION ZACH WIESNER FOR EDWIN COHEN; A condition for the negative determination issued with this Determination of Applicability is to discuss the pruning maintenance plan with the Commission before work begins.
5. DISCUSSION ENFORCEMENT ORDER; HONKER & SONS, LLC; SE 12 – 559; 55 Squibnocket Farm Rd.; AP 35-1.2: All conditions have been satisfied. Discuss the request to change the approved extensive re-vegetation plan for the buffer zone. The contractor would like to plant native field grasses and wild flowers in lieu of the approved plan to lower the cost.
6. FOLLOW UP ENFORCEMENT ORDER PETER NORRIS; SE 12 – 602;19 Blueberry Ridge Lane; AP 8-59: Discuss 10/19 on-site meeting that is planned for 3:00 PM among Chuck H., Mr. Norris and George Sourati.
