Site Visits were made on 10/5
1. ENFORCEMENT ORDER; HONKER & SONS, LLC; SE 12 – 559; 55 Squibnocket Farm Rd.; AP 35-1.2:
1. Fine payment; $50/day from 8/7-9/2 = $1350.
2. Work did stop as directed.
3. Allow relocated stone wall on the west side of the addition to remain in place.
4. Remove unpermitted shed roof overhang; raised dirt entrance with stone retaining walls for ramp and raised entrance.
5. Remove unpermitted vegetable garden in buffer zone and review restoration plan for the entire unpermitted buffer zone clearing on the west and south sides of the stone wall.
6. Install siltation barriers before restoration work begins.
7. If the actions taken as outlined in the Enforcement Order are satisfactory, there is no need to impose an additional $300/day fine.
