1. PUBLIC MEETING RFD CHRIS ALLEY FOR MCNALLY, JACOBI & 12:30 PM
LIPKE; (ABUTTERS TO HELEN BENHAM); 24 Windy Gates Rd.; AP 30-106.1 Widen an existing four-foot wide footpath to a width of nine feet to allow construction access for a previously approved timber beach stairway on Helen Benham’s property.
2. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE VINEYARD LAND SURVEYING FOR ERIC B. RYAN; SE 12 – 489; 188 State Road; AP 33-76.2: The Order of Conditions was issued July 6, 2005 to install and underground propane tank with trenching and pave a portion of the driveway with concrete. The work was in a wetland buffer zone. Several minor changes to the plan were approved after the Order was issued.
3. FOLLOW UP DISCUSSION CHRIS ALLEY FOR BARBARA & DAY & SAMUEL JONES; 0 State Rd.; Map 33 Lot 66; Discuss proposed direction for a walkway and pier.
4. DISCUSSION CHRIS ALLEY: Receive input on a proposal to clear approximately 3-acres of land along North Road for use as a sheep-grazing pasture. A wetland and buffer zone are in the proposed pasture. A barn may also be built. Discuss the agricultural exemption that might apply for the Act and Town Bylaws.
5. BEACH COMMITTEE SE 12 – 611; AP 29-1, 3; Review and sign Amended Order of Conditions that eliminates of Map 29 Lot 3 from the proposal and reflects the NHESP restrictions.
6. DISCUSS VIOLATIONS; HONKER & SONS, LLC; SE 12 – 559; 55 Squibnocket Farm Rd.; AP 35-1.2: Roof overhang on shed with raised porch, ramp and stone retaining walls; extensive clearing in a wetland buffer zone. This exceeded the scope of work outlined in the Order of Conditions.
