1. PUBLIC MEETING RFD BEETLEBUNG TREE CARE FOR 12:30PM
GUY WEBSTER; AP 27.1-174; 14 Carroll Lane: Expand the current brush pruning area to open the water view for his neighbor. The vegetation will be pruned to a height of 3-4 feet and be done in the fall season. The pruning will be done by Beetlebung Tree Care and is in the buffer zone of a salt marsh and wetland.
2. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE SOUTH MOUNTAIN CO. FOR TIMOTHY QUINSON; SE 12 – 594; AP 26-133, 134; 23 Menemhsa Crossroad: Demolish an existing single-family dwelling within the 100-foot buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland; construct a new single-family residence, install a new Title V septic system, install a new well, install underground utility services and perform site grading as needed. This construction will also take place within the 100-foot buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland.
3. DISCUSSION CHRIS ALLEY FOR SAMUEL JONES; 0 State Rd.; Map 33 Lot 66; This is a vacant lot with Quitsa Pond access off of State Road. It had a fixed pier that has deteriorated to remnants. Discuss the possibility of building a new fixed pier.
4. DISCUSSION BEACH COMMITTEE SE 12 – 611; AP 29-1, 3; Beach restoration Lucy Vincent Beach; Review the proposed wooden walkway ramp for installation on the path on the sand dune. Still awaiting clearance from the NHESP for all of the proposed work.
