1.      PUBLIC HEARING REID SILVA FOR WILLIAM ELBOW AND 12:30PM
ANN ALLEN; NOI SE 12 – 613; AP 8-42.2; 55 Hammett Lane:  Brush cut an existing cleared area using a push mover.  Native fescues and other meadow grass seed will be planted to restore the meadow.  The meadow will be maintained in late spring and early fall.  Any woodland under-story growth will be removed by hand from time to time to facilitate establishment of the meadow.  The work will be done in the buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland.  The closest activity is 53 feet from the wetland edge.

2.   DISCUSSION MERLE BERGER; SE 12 – 564; AP 27-15.1, 15.2;                                  46 Peases Point Way:  Merle requested some time to discuss the status of the work and how to proceed in the future to bring closure.  The Order of Conditions specifies you will have a site visit in May 2009, 2010 and 2011 to assess the planting status and growth.  An Enforcement Order was issued in September 2009 because the wetland planting was mowed in the isolated wetland (Area III of the site plan).  You required border rocks to be installed that define the edge of the wetland.  They have been installed.  You specified any work in the heron rookery and pond area can only be done after Sept. 1 and before March 1.

3.  TOWN OF CHILMARK SKIFF  LAUNCH RAMP-SQUIBNOCKET POND;             SE 12 – 609; AP35-21:  The first ten yards of rock base staring at the parking lot has been installed.  Review the proposed solution for the remainder of the ramp to the pond’s edge.  If acceptable, sign the Order of Conditions.

4.  SCHEUER, COHEN ORDER OF CONDITIONS; SE 12 – 552; AP 33-4; 2 Chocker’s Lane:  Discuss when the bridge over the wetland will be installed.
