Present for the Community Preservation Committee (CPC) and attending the meeting were: Pam Goff, Chairman, Jane Slater, Bill Rossi, Warren Doty, Andy Goldman and Chuck Hodgkinson. Andy Goldman, Tim Carroll, John Eisner, Allen Healy and Lisa Burkin did not attend.
The meeting came to order at 11:19 AM
$5,200 Historic Preservation request: Chuck H. explained the Historical Commission is renovating the Town’s original weights and measures cabinet and specific measures for display in Town Hall. When the FY 2016 town books were closed the original 2016 budget of $5,200 was not encumbered from the administration budget-- as previously voted by the Committee. Chuck H. suggested asking town voters to consider the historic preservation project. The money can come out of existing Historic Preservation Reserve fund.
A motion was made to recommend to town voters at the April 2017 Annual Town Meeting appropriating $5,200 of CPA Historic Preservation funds to restore the Town’s original weights and measures cabinet and measuring utensils. The motion was seconded and with no further discussion passed unanimously with five in favor.

The November 16, 2016 meeting minutes were reviewed and approved as presented by consensus.
With no further business to discuss, the meeting adjourned at 11:32 AM.
