Present for the Community Preservation Committee (CPC) and attending the meeting were: Warren Doty, Jane Slater, Pam Goff, Tim Carroll and Chuck Hodgkinson. Janet Weidner, Allen Healy, Karin Wetmore and Andy Goldman were absent.
The meeting came to order at 6:05 PM. A motion was made to appoint Mr. Doty as acting Chairman. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved with four in favor.
The Committee reviewed each of the three proposed CPA warrant articles for voter consideration at the April 22, 2013 Annual Town Meeting. Article 14 was for the required reserve amounts for each of the Housing, Historic Preservation, Open Space and Community Preservation Budgeted Reserve Funds. Articles 15 and 16 are Historic Preservation appropriations for Chilmark’s share of the second phase costs for the MV Museum’s historic artifacts restoration ($8,610) and the restoration of the County Courthouse windows ($7,670).
The Committee thought all was in order.
ADMINISTRATION
The November 27, 2012 meeting minutes were reviewed and approved as presented with three in favor and one abstention (Mr. Carroll).
With no further business to discuss, the meeting adjourned at 6:25 PM.
