Present for the Community Preservation Committee and attending the meeting were: PersonNameAndy Goldman, Chairman, Jane Slater, Karin Wetmore, PersonNameTim Carroll, Barbara Murphy, Russell Maloney and PersonNameChuck Hodgkinson. Janet Weidner and Warren Doty were absent.
The meeting came to order at 7:00 PM.
1. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Mr. Goldman called the meeting to order and made a motion for the Committee to enter executive session to discuss a possible open space land acquisition. The meeting will return to public session at the conclusion of the executive session. The motion was seconded and approved with a roll call vote of: Goldman aye, Slater aye, Wetmore aye, Carroll aye, Murphy aye and Maloney aye.
2. MIDDLE addressStreetLINE ROAD RFP UPDATE: The meeting returned to public session at 7:25 PM. Mr. Goldman summarized the status of the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Middle Line Road Community Housing Program and key dates. The RFP is seeking proposals from developers to install the necessary infrastructure of wells, utilities and road improvements and build and manage the three rental duplexes. The deadline for submissions is August 1.
3. MEETING MINUTES: The May 28th minutes were reviewed. A motion was made to approve the minutes as presented. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved.
4. NEXT MEETING: The next CPC meeting will be Wednesday, July 23 @ 7:00 PM.
With no further business to conduct the meeting adjourned at 7:35 PM.
