FINAL
Present for the Community Preservation Committee and attending the meeting were: Chairman, Andy Goldman, Jane Slater, Bill Randol, Karin Wetmore, Warren Doty, Janet Weidner and Chuck Hodgkinson. Russell Maloney was absent.
Mr. Goldman opened the meeting at 7:02 PM.
1. STONE WALL RESTORATION PHASE II UPDATE: The invoice for the Phase II stone wall restoration project along Middle Road was reviewed, approved and signed for payment.
2. MIDDLE LINE ROAD UPDATE: Messrs. Goldman and Doty summarized the status of several aspects of this program. The draft Implementation Guidelines have been approved by the Board of Selectmen subject to Town Counsel approval and enactment. Mr. Goldman informed the group that the Form B subdivision plan was received by the Planning Board yesterday and a public hearing is scheduled for Monday, April 30 @ 4:30 PM. Mr. Goldman added that the meeting was very constructive and the Board of Health and Housing Committee were well represented. The Committee asked Chuck H. to bring a budget update for this program to the next meeting.
Chuck H. informed the Committee that he and Tim Lasker have applied for a Cape Light Compact Green Affordable Housing Grant for the Middle Line Road rental duplexes and homesite houses. The next step is to meet with Kate Warner, the program’s technical advisor on Thursday, March 29 @ 11:00 AM.
3. MINUTES: The 3/7/07 meeting minutes were reviewed. A motion to approve the minutes as presented was made, seconded and unanimously approved.
4. NEXT MEETING: The next CPC meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 24, 2007 @ 7:00 PM. This is the day after the Annual Town Meeting.
With no further business to discuss a motion was made, seconded and unanimously approved to adjourn. The meeting adjourned at 7:40 PM.
